Order Processing
At GOAT Memorabilia, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation that your item is on its way.
Packaging
All memorabilia is carefully inspected and photographed before shipment. Each item is packaged using secure protective materials to ensure it arrives safely and in the condition shown at the time of purchase.
Our goal is to protect your collectible throughout the delivery process so it arrives ready to display or add to your collection.
Delivery
We aim to provide same or next day postage for most orders where possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and destination.
Please note that once an item has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control.
Shipping Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the problem so our team can assist you.
If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage along with images of the packaging.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. GOAT Memorabilia cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
