Authenticity of Items

GOAT Memorabilia specialises in signed football memorabilia. All autographs sold by us are sourced in person by our team and come with a Certificate of Authenticity and supporting proof where applicable.

We take pride in ensuring every item we sell is genuine and accurately represented.

Orders and Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Limit quantities purchased per customer
Cancel orders if an item has been incorrectly priced or listed

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, typically offering next or same day postage where available.

All items are securely packaged to protect memorabilia during transit. Once an item has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the courier and location.

GOAT Memorabilia is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of collectible memorabilia, we do not accept refunds or returns unless the item arrives damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photographic proof of the damage
Include photos of both the item and the packaging

All items are photographed before being shipped to maintain accurate records and help prevent fraudulent claims.

Our team will review the evidence provided alongside our shipment records. If the damage is confirmed, we will arrange a suitable resolution which may include a refund or replacement where possible. In addition, all items are sent tracked & signed for via postage service, meaning if any issues is encountered after dispatch, the tracking number is provided and the buyer will have to fill a claim with the postage company.

Product Images and Descriptions

We aim to ensure all product descriptions and images accurately represent the item being sold. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, framing, or manufacturing differences.

Signed items may have natural variations in autograph placement or appearance.
